POLICE OF TURISM

Mr. Tourist Lender the Code of Conduct forces you to:

Abstain from offering programs of tourism promotion and tourist plans, expressed or covertly, plans of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
Not providing information to tourists, directly or by a third person about the places where is coordinated or practiced the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
Prevent the entry of children and adolescents to hotels or places of accommodation and lodging, bars, similar businesses and other establishments where travel services are provided for purposes of sexual exploitation and abuse.
Protect national or foreigners children or adolescents from all forms of sexual exploitation and violence caused by national or international tourists.
Report to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry of Tourism and other competent authority, facts coming to their knowledge by any means, as well as suspicion of these, relating to sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and to ensure that within company exist channels to report to appropriate authorities such facts.
Establish in a public and visible place of business this code of conduct which the lender wishes to take to protect children and adolescents.
